Valdosta State Tops Final Division II Coaches Poll

The final AFCA Division II Coaches Poll of the 2012 season has been released, and national champion Valdosta State tops the list following its victory over Winston-Salem State on Saturday in the FCS Championship Game. Minnesota State-Mankato, West Texas A&M and Missouri Western State round out the top five. Full poll listed below.
