In conjunction with this new partnership, a new game mark and trophy will be created and incorporated into all game materials. The multi-year agreement contains provisions that promote integration of the Buffalo Wild Wings brand across multiple platforms and exclusive category rights.
"We are pleased to welcome Buffalo Wild Wings as a partner," said Steve Whiteman, Valley of the Sun Bowl Foundation board chairman. "They provide a natural opportunity for us to offer college football fans a truly memorable game experience. Buffalo Wild Wings shares our commitment to give back to the community, and their dedication to excellence and focus on fit closely with our mission."
That mission includes generating revenue for Arizona's economy. The 2010 game produced $84.6 million in economic impact, according to a survey by Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business.
